MT. VERNON- Nadine Hagans, 90, formerly of Teryl Dr. in Mt. Vernon, died Sunday July 28, 2013 at Emeritus at Hillen Vale.
She was born Sept. 20, 1922 in Coshocton to the late William Norman and Ethel Mary (McGrady) McCurdy. She was a 1941 graduate of Warsaw High School. She married Emmett J. Hagans on Jan. 2, 1942, who preceded her in death on March 2, 2006. She was a member of Dutch Run Trinity United Church of Christ, and she loved and enjoyed her family greatly.
She is survived by three children; Vivian (Mike) Webb of Lewis Center, Jeffry Hagans of Marysville, and Vickie (Duane) Dugan of Apple Valley, six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, a dear friend, Janet Ashcraft of Mt. Vernon, and her special friends and neighbors, Howard & Louise Hite of Mt. Vernon.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday August 1, 2013 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw, with her grandsons Troy Dugan & Mike Hagans officiating.
