Mansfield - Nedra M. Sheldon, 92, formerly of Danville, died Wednesday November 21, 2012 at the Crystal Care Center.
She was born February 7, 1920 in Danville to Walter and Mary (Thatcher) McMillan. She graduated from Danville High School in 1938. She was married to Carl L. Sheldon in March of 1944. She worked for the Tappan Company during WWII, and was a member of the First Christian Church in Mansfield.
Nedra is survived by her sons; Larry Sheldon of Mansfield, and Richard (Vicki) Sheldon of Dallas, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a sister; Eva Yearous, and brothers; Bernard and Carl McMillan.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday November 24, 2012 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville, with Rev. Chris Whitehead officiating. Burial will follow in Workman Cemetery in Danville. Calling will be one hour prior to the service.
