Norma (Baldridge) Hammons

Howard – Norma (Baldridge) Hammons, 85, passed away at home on Wednesday April 16, 2025.

She was one of 11 children of Claude Clayton and Ida (Forest) Baldridge. She was born July 18, 1939 in Moorehead, KY. Norma was an avid antique collector and loved bluegrass music.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Harlan, Dal “Duke”, Tony, and Junior Baldridge; her sister, Elsie; and grandsons, Sean Wright and Joshua Wann.

Norma is survived by her husband, Keith Hammons; daughters, Vicki Hess, Angela Wright, and Carmen (Joe) Ruybe; sons, Randy McFadden, and Keith Hammond; six precious grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sisters, Hazel (Junior) Bing of Wooster, Shirley (Dan) Slone, Sharon Eikleberry of Apple Valley, and Kathy (George) Williams; and brother Marvin (Jean) Baldridge.

A funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville. Pastor Mike Cornellius will officiate. Burial will follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 5-7 Monday evening.
