Danville – Patricia M. (Collins) Sturgeon, 84, died at Country Court in Mount Vernon on August 16, 2026.
Pat was born in Richland County on September 13, 1941 to the late Clarence and Ruth (King) Collins. She married Harry C. Sturgeon, who also preceded her in death, on November 13, 1957.
She is survived by her daughter, Pamela (John) Elswick of Danville; sons, Harry L. (Patricia) Sturgeon of Danville, and Randy (Linda) Sturgeon of West Lafayette; 6 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brother, Dave King of Mansfield, and sister, Betty Solis of Tyler, TX.
A private graveside service will be held in Tiverton Cemetery. A memorial page is located at fischerfuneralhome.com.
