WARSAW- Patricia Ann Thomas, 74, of CR 25, died Sunday, March 18, 2012 at the Coshocton Co. Memorial Hospital ICU.
She was born Dec. 5, 1937 in Canton to the late Benjamin and Mary Ann (Preston) Wolford. She married Ward L. Thomas on March 4, 1953, who preceded her in death on Dec. 8, 1974. She was a member of the Community Christian Church during her time in Arizona. She was very active in church, formerly serving as a Sunday school teacher. She enjoyed bingo, and was known for her homemade bread and taffy.
She is survived by two daughters; Mary Klein of Zanesville, and Candy (Vincent) Fry of Warsaw, two sons; Ward (Joyce) Thomas of Frazeysburg, and Donald (Rose) Thomas of Marana, AZ, five grandchildren; Jennifer (Corby) Cunningham, Brian Wolford, B.J. (Alexis) Klein, Scott Klein, and Matthew Thomas, three great-grandchildren; Caitlyn, Jacob, & Bryce Mahon, a brother, Jesse (Pat) Wolford, and a sister, Linda Clark.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Christie Taylor, two sisters; Iona & Pauline Hindel, and a brother, Benjamin Wolford, Jr.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date, with interment at Coshocton Co. Memory Gardens. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling arrangements. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
