WEST CHESTER- Rhonda Lee Warner, 73, died Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at her residence.

She was born July 16, 1946 in Mt. Vernon to the late Arthur L. and Marian Ruth (Shuy) Warner.

She is survived by a sister, Elaine Warner (Terry Young) of Cincinnati.
