WARSAW- Richard Dean "Rick" Bolen, 49, of 26073 TR 1159, died Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010 at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital Emergency Room.
He was born May 18, 1961 in Coshocton to Robert G. and Edith A. (Donaldson) Bolen. He was a paint operator for Steel Ceiling for 22 years. He was a member of the International Machinist Union, the Coshocton Eagles Aerie #761, and he attended the Warsaw United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Edith A. Bolen of Warsaw, a son, Tyler Bolen of Coshocton, a sister, Barbara A. (Tom) Rollins of Warsaw, two brothers; Robert W. (Barbara) Bolen of Upper Arlington, and Donald E. (Sandy) Bolen of Newark, a step-daughter, Tiffani Bolen, and a step-son, Kody Detling, both of Reynoldsburg, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert G. Bolen, a niece, April Rollins, a nephew, Shawn Thomas Rollins, and his grandparents; Russell & Beulah Donaldson, and Walter & Maggie Bolen.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, Nov. 22, 2010 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Rev. Ron Little officiating. Interment will follow in Valley View Cemetery. Calling hours are from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
