WARSAW- Robert Allen "Bob" Norris, 91, of US 36, died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015 at Emeritus at North Hills in Zanesville.
He was born April 10, 1923 in Coshocton Co. to the late Clarence and Grace (Marshall) Norris. He married Mary Eileen (McCoy) Norris on July 22, 1944, who preceded him in death on Aug. 29, 2009. He was a life-long farmer, and a lifetime member of the Coshocton Co. Farm Bureau, as well as a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. He loved collecting vintage motorcycles and tractors.
He is survived by a son, Richard (Ann) Norris of Warsaw, a daughter-in-law, Shirley Norris of Warsaw, four grandchildren; April (Greg) Graham of Johnstown, Amy (John) King of Pataskala, Arron Norris of Warsaw, and Heather (Mike) Armstrong of Warsaw, and six great-grandchildren; Brittni, Matthew, and Kaitlynn Graham, Laney & Cooper King, and Mary Alice Armstrong.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Edward Norris, a granddaughter, Melissa Norris, and a sister, Marilyn Fahrni.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Lloyd Tenney officiating. Burial will follow in Valley View Cemetery. Calling hours are from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 20th at the funeral home. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
