HOWARD- Robin Faye Stiltner, 47, of Ireland Rd., went to be home with the Lord on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010 at the Ohio State University Medical Center following and extended illness.
She was born Sept. 18, 1963 in Mt. Vernon to Joe F. and Ruby L. (Carr) Parsons. She fought a courageous battle with cancer, and she touched many lives by her great testimony of faith and her love of the Lord. She was a very loving mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Rusty Stiltner of Howard, two grandsons; Austin and Colton, her mother, Ruby Parsons of Jelloway, two sisters; Laura Parsons of Jelloway, and Lynn (Jack) Roub of Killbuck, a brother, Joe Parsons of Danville, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Rev. Joseph Parsons, and a sister, Lena Parsons.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville with Joe Parsons officiating. At Robin's request, cremation will follow the funeral service. Visitation is from 10:30 a.m. until service time on Saturday.
