Fredericktown – Roger J. Lowther, Sr., died at the age of 77 on September 21, 2026.
He was born in Weston, WV on March 24, 1949. He was one of four children of Walker and Betty Jo (Hoagland) Lowther. Roger retired from Flxible after 29 years, and spent his free time doing woodwork, fishing, and hunting.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Karla Jo; and his wife, Thelma Joanne (Doyle).
Roger is survived by his son, Roger Lowther Jr. (Meridith) of Fredericktown; grandchildren, Walker Lowther, and Alta and Shalome McKim, 3 great gandchildren; sisters, Susan of Danville, Faith of Philo, and Cindy of Savannah, GA.
A private ceremony will take place.
