Loudonville - Ronald D. Durbin, Jr., 59, died Wednesday December 10, 2008 at the Ashland Samaritan Hospital.
He was born January 6, 1949 in Mansfield to Pauline (Frederick) and Ronald D. Durbin, Sr. He was married on May 15, 1976 to Connie J. McCollum. He was a member of the East Side Church of Christ in Mount Vernon. He loved to do woodworking and intarsia, and also enjoyed cooking and model railroading.
Ronald is survived by his wife; Connie of Loudonville, children; Carrie (Clark) Green of Richwood, Christopher (Vanessa) Durbin of Medina, and Shaina (Matthew) Benefield of Liberal, KS, a sister; Paula Durbin of Mansfield, and sisiters-in-law; Betty Durbin, Teresa (Robert) Brown, and Robia (Brad) Kaylor all of Danville, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother; Michael L. Durbin.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Monday December 15, 2008 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville. Minister Rick Tincher will officiate. Burial will be in Loudonville Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 3-6:00 P.M. on Sunday.
