Danville- Ronald Duane Sidle, 64, of 106 E. Walnut St., died Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010 at his residence.
He was born Sept. 5, 1946 in Wooster to the late Paul and Faye (Fraelich) Sidle. He served in the United States Navy from 1966-1970. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a classic car enthusiast, and a lover of animals, especially his dog, "Chubbs".
He is survived by a son, Chris Sidle of Howard, a daughter, Kelly Sidle of Mt. Vernon, two sisters; Maxine (Cal) Fravel of Wooster, and Marilyn Wachtel of Grand Junction, CO, a brother, Richard (Doris) Sidle of Orrville, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Mona Mae Harrod.
A graveside service with military rites will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010 at the Shreve Cemetery, with Pastor Patrick Bailey officiating. Calling hours will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6th at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville.
