MT. VERNON- Todd Aaron Miller, 58, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at his residence.
He was born July 11, 1967 in Mt. Vernon to Robert D. and Bonnie L. (Shrimplin) Miller. He was a 1985 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School, and attended Marshall University.
Todd worked for several golf courses over the years. He was a utility/cameraman for ESPN, Fox Sports, and Apple TV, helping to broadcast many sporting events which included The Ohio State Buckeyes, Columbus Crew, and Columbus Blue Jackets. He also worked the NFL Hall of Fame Game in Canton for many years, including televising the Hall of Fame enshrinement ceremony.
In his free time, he enjoyed golf, poker, and time spent with family. He was always the life of any party he was at, or started one himself. Todd was a vibe that will never be matched!
He is survived by his wife of nearly 30 years, Amy L. (Stuart) Miller of Mt. Vernon, whom he married June 18, 1996; his father, Robert D. (Marcia) Miller of Mt. Vernon; a sister, Rochelle (Jeff) Shackle of Butler; two brothers, Rocky (Marjorie) Miller of Groveport, and his twin Trent (Susan) Miller of Mount Vernon; his nieces and nephews, Robert (Jessica) Miller, Clint Miller, Kyle (Emily) Shackle, Karina (Chad) McDonald, Kory (Carly) Shackle, Nathan (Bailee) Miller, Natasha (Alex) Bush, Cara (Dusty) Daufeldt, Jeremy (Kathleen) Walsh, and Hannah (Malcolm) Parks; many great-nieces & great-nephews; and his sister-in-law, Cathy (Jerry) Walsh.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie Miller; his father-in-law & mother-in-law, Robert & Jan Stuart; and his faithful companion, Daisey.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 16, 2026 at Fischer Funeral Home in Danville. Burial will follow in Workman Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday, March 15th from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Causal attire is not only requested, but Todd would have appreciated it! FischerFuneralHome.com
