WARSAW- Trudy Marie (Shrimplin) Cool, 47, died unexpectedly Friday, July 17, 2026 at her residence.
She was born Oct. 24, 1978 in Coshocton to Tim T. Fabian and Debroah K. Shrimplin. She was a 1997 graduate of River View High School, and received a Bachelor’s Degree as a Registered Nurse from Central Ohio Technical College. She was currently employed as an RN at the Sycamore Run Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Millersburg. She was very well educated and took great pride in her work as a nurse. She had formed many professional relationships with physicians, nurses, and aides, as well as lasting bonds with numerous patients she had cared for through the years.
Trudy loved all animals, especially horses, cats, and birds of prey like hawks & eagles. She enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, and appreciating nature. She had a tremendous sense of humor, and could make anyone laugh. She loved music, especially 80’s, Neil Young, and the band America. Above all else, she was proud of her three sons.
She also had great Faith in her Lord, and was very active in Bible Studies. She was a member of Shepherd's Chapel in Arkansas, and would schedule vacations to travel there to spend time with her church family.
Trudy is survived by her three sons, Tim Cool, Alec Cool, and Vin Shrimplin, all of the home; her father, Tim (Eileen) Fabian of Warsaw; her siblings, Taylor Omran, Kurtis (Connie) Allen, Jennifer (Mike) Lindell, Garrett Fabian, Kyle Fabian, and Hunter Fabian; grandmother, Barbara Fabian of Warsaw; an uncle, Mark (Doreen) Fabian of Warsaw; an aunt, Trina Fabian of Warsaw; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Deborah K. Shrimplin; grandparents, Thomas Fabian, and Clyde & Dorothy (Donley) Shrimplin; an aunt, Holly Tarman; and an uncle, Scott Shrimplin.
