COSHOCTON- Wilma Jean "Willie" Drake, 62, a resident of Autumn Health Care, died Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011 at the care center.
She was born Nov. 20, 1948 in Guernsey Co. to the late Robert Lee and Thelma (Trott) Headley. She married Reginald S. Drake on Dec. 7, 1988, who survives. She was a member of the Renner St. Paul United Church of Christ in Baltic, where she sang in the choir, was in the Women's Guild, and was a church greeter.
She is survived by her husband, Reginald S. Drake of Fresno, a sister, Jean Felton of Byesville, two sons; Carl John (Tina) Fowler of Millersburg, and Cheyenne Fowler of Coshocton, two daughters; Tracy (Michael) Boal of Warsaw, and Brenda (fiancAC. Paul) Fowler of New Philadelphia, a step-daughter, Carlene Fowler of Zanesville, thirteen grandchildren; Carla, Kelsey, Gary Lee II, Kerrie, William, Derek, Stepfani, Shayla, Joanna, Austin, Nicole, Samantha, and Darren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers; Butch Headley and William Trott, two sisters; Judy Shueman and Frances Tanksly, and a daughter-in-law, Debra K. Fowler.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011 at the Renner St. Paul United Church of Christ in Baltic, with Pastor Sharon Jacobson officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is assisting the family with arrangements.
