Danville – Vivian “Bev” Louise Smith, 52, passed away at home on November 8, 2018.
She was born July 6, 1966 in Mount Vernon to Donald and Janet (Blackford) Butts, who survive along with her husband, Marvin Smith, sons, Darrell (Nikki) Smith, and Marvin Jr. (Debra) all of Danville, granddaughters, Teila, Tearah, Taylor, Tessa, Kendra, and Peyton, 11 siblings, Michael (Anna) Butts of Apple Creek, Paul (Jane) Butts of Danville, Danny (Keitha) Butts of Danville, Marilyn Motz of Danville, Elaine Butts of Loundonville, Theresa Crow of Danville, Angie (Dave) Messerly of Mount Vernon, Jim (Darlene) Butts of Danville, Ellen Tomes of Loudonville, Kenny (Deb) Butts of Wellsville, and Andy Butts of Loudonville, and 26 nieces and nephews. She was loved by many and will be missed.
A memorial Mass will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 13 at the St. Luke Catholic Church in Danville. Father Homer Blubaugh will officiate. Visitation will be from 5-7 Monday at the Fischer Funeral Home, 403 High St. Danville. Private burial will take place at a later time.
