Loudonville – Carol Ann Adrian–Barnette, 70, passed away at home on Wednesday October 11, 2023.
She was born in Fayetteville, NC on August 29, 1953. She is the daughter of George and Sylvia Ann (Thomas) Adrian. Carol had a big heart. Especially for the underdogs/underprivileged. She would take anyone under her wing, and often did. She dearly loved her children and grandchildren, and her “Puppy Prince”.
She was preceded in death by her father, her daughter, Andrea Wolfe, her son, Bryan D. Wolfe, and her husband, Kenny Barnette.
She is survived by her mother, Sylvia of Loudonville, her son, Josh Wolfe of Cleveland; her sisters, Pam (Chris) Tuttle of Loudonville, Laura (Chris) Segraves of Apple Valley, Mary Adrian-Henderson (Raymond) of Loudonville, and Gay (Stan Deibert) Biffath of New Albany; brothers, Richard of TN/OH, Alan of Loudonville, George II of Loudonville, Joe (Lisa Jordan) of Danville, Jeff (Cindy) of Mt. Vernon, and Jim Adrian of Howard; grandchildren, Bryan Bradford Wolfe and Daniel Wolfe, and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Carol will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 18 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville. Pastor Patrick Bailey will officiate. Burial will follow in Workman Cemetery. Visitation will be an hour before service time.
Donations in Carol’s name are suggested to a local food pantry, or veterans group.
