Cheryl Ann (Blair) Phillips

Coshocton – Cheryl Ann (Blair) Phillips, 57, passed away at the Genesis Hospice Morrison House on Tuesday May 9, 2023.

She was born in Coshocton on march 4, 1966 to Russell E. and Delores J. (Fuller) Blair, who preceded her in death along with her grandparents, Carl and Clara Blair and Harley and Mildred Fuller.

Cheryl is survived by her husband, Dave Phillips of Coshocton, son, Joshua (Cassandra) Blair of Coshocton; daughters, Ashley Phillips (Cody Richards) of Newark, and Jessica Phillips of Coshocton; sisters, Marsha (Rick) Guyer of Gulf Shores, AL, and Melinda Courtright (Todd Dovenbarger) of Fresno; brother, Daryl Blair of Coshocton; five granddaughters, Isabella, Karmyn, Araylin, Ava, and Aurora on the way; and a grandson, Carter.

She loved crocheting, spending time with the grandkids, puzzle books, and going out to eat at her favorite place, “Dairy Delight”.

A funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Friday May 12 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw. Rev. Tim Patton will officiate. A cremation will take place following services. Visiting hours will be from 5-7:00 Thursday evening, and also an hour before the funeral.
