                FRAZEYSBURG- Danny Joe McCurdy, 73, died Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.

                He was born March 17, 1950 in Millersburg to the late Charles Lester and Dorothea “Dottie” Madeline (Sheline) McCurdy. He was a graduate of River View High School, and served in the US Army Reserves. He was a butcher before he started working at AEP, where he retired after 30 years.

                Danny loved riding his Harley-Davidson, mowing his lawn and gardening, and his eight dogs. He was a member of the Coshocton Masonic Lodge #96 F & AM, and he was a hard worker who put aside hobbies to get things done.

                He is survived by his wife, Karla F. (Lewis) McCurdy of Frazeysburg, whom he married June 10, 2017; a sister, Jacque Kimberly, one niece, and three nephews.

                A Masonic Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Monday, May 8, 2023 at Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw. A time of visitation will follow until 7:00 p.m. Burial will take place at 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 15th in Valley View Cemetery, Warsaw. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
