Danville – Martin A. Oyster, 54, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023 at the Knox Community Hospital.
He was born in Ashland on January 5, 1969. Martin was the son of Orval and Marjorie (Browning) Oyster. He served in the U.S. Army from 1987 through 1991.
Martin is survived by his mother, Marjorie Oyster; sister, Tara Oyster; brothers Jack Oyster and Travis Oyster, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; and sisters, "Thumper" and Amy Oyster.
A private family memorial will be held on Friday.
