Glenmont – Terry Bernard, 51, passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at the Knox Community Hospital.
He was born in Perry County on November 13, 1970. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 1989-1993, and was employed at Mansfield Plumbing.
Terry is survived by his wife, Becky (Bunner) Bernard, their daughter, Morgan, and the family pet “Ruger”, his mother, Linda Lou (Parker) Bernard, and his sister, Sonia (Tim) Alfman of Oakfield, father and mother-in-law, Don and Mary Bunner, sisters-in-law; Kim (Travis) Fletcher and Peggy (Steve) Hockenberry, and nieces and nephews; Carrie and Sarah Alfman, Kayla Fletcher, Tina (Austin) Bias and their daughter Hannah, Jeremy (Jessyca) Fletcher and their son Colton, and Bryan Hockenberry.
He was preceded in death by his father, Terrence Bernard.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 22 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville. Dave Jones will be officiating. Burial will follow, with military rites from the Knox County Joint Veterans Council Honor Guard, in Wesley Chapel Cemetery on Chapel Rd. in Jefferson Township. Calling hours will be from 5-7 Friday evening.
